Today we took a little road trip down to San Diego for the
day. And what better thing to do in San Diego than to go to the zoo! We stayed for hours and
made it our mission to see everyone animal in that place (except the snakes of
course). Please enjoy the

We tried to steal a baby sea otter…we were
unsuccessful. But YOU KNOW we went
home with a sweet souvenir cup!
From the zoo we headed downtown in San Diego to check out
Comic Con which was wrapping up.
You’ve never seen so many adults in costume in your life! It actually looked pretty fun so we
decided to add this to our bucket lists to attend one day just to say we were
there.
We did a little window shopping at some local stores and
then ate dinner downtown at Zanzibar’s and then headed back to LA. This is when we had the privilege of
experiencing the crazy LA traffic.
What should have been a 2 hour drive turned into 3.5 hours and we wanted
to die. Haha Not really but it was later, we had walked around the zoo all day
in the heat, we had full bellies…it was a struggle. But again we survived.
